don't string me along
I also fancied calling this, 'I don't have a wooden heart' so now I have mentioned it, apologies to all who are now singing along with Elvis....
In my quest to find out about these bleeding hearts/dicentra spectabilis, I discovered that they have alkaloid toxins and are indeed poisonous.
Beautiful too.............

I've always called them Dicentra or Dutchman's Breeches. I absolutely love the shape of these beautiful flowers.
