I'm glad its you and not me having to put up with all this snow for so long. By the way Kathy, we are heading over to Canada, the west coast, Rockies and then Alaska etc in May. Are they getting an extended winter like you guys are?
@terryliv the west coast, Vancouver mostly gets rain. The Rockies are presently covered in snow and their main problem is avalanches. But by May you should be fine. Hope you enjoy Canada the west coast is spectacular.
Good grief! That's just a whole lot of (unwanted) snow you've got there. I'm sorry. If it were December and days before Christmas, this would be beautiful (and I'd be terribly envious) but in mid-March, you'd just really rather not have to be shoveling snow off the grape arbors. Amazing that this is technically IN COLOR.
Yes, that was a peppermint leaf behind the stack of candy. Knew I wanted a bit of green in the photo and insisted on it being peppermint plant, for 'P' of course. Thanks for the fav on the pic. That was sweet of you. You had me laughing when you wrote that there'd been a discussion about possible Q words for today. I had quilt, quill, and quarters ($) on the list but thought I'd give the little quail a try first. She cooperated so I didn't have to figure out a substitute. Thanks for coming by for another peek at the project.
Oh no! I really feel for you...it's been a tough, long winter here but so much worse for you further north. I'm glad I don't have to shovel any arbours....the drive is bad enough. Fingers crossed it'll disappear almost as quickly as it came down.
