The river was up and this debris had been trapped against the shore in the briers and branches. I like how the dappled sunlight highlighted some things and not others

@linc @pusspup @altadc @digitalrn Thanks to all of you. I saw clearly that it was a think branch when I took the photo, but when I downloaded, I had a pause, too, Rick. I'm too far north and west for gaters, although they are in NC.
