@randystreat Food is not so bad Kathy,its the beer that i have every afternoon and on sunday when i go to lawn bowls.Fellow bowlers are giving me heaps when i,m drinking mineral water.I haven,t had a alcoholic drink for a fortnight and my skin is starting to split !!!!!
