Don't get squash like this in our neck of the woods, that is in a flower petal shape, only oval. How do you cook it?

I've always liked the flower shapes the acorn squash makes too! Nicely captured.

@s4sayer @jamibann Margo and Issi, it is called acorn squash. It has a shape like an acorn, however, instead of being smooth it has rounded ridges, which makes the lovely flower shape
@olivetreeann I love winter squashes, and acorn squash is one of my favorites.
@craftymeg @frankhymus Margaret and Frank, I made something tasty, although maybe not so healthy (but it could be worse). Stuffed those slices with sausage, apple, sauteed onion, garlic, celery, some rosemary, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. It was delicious!
