This was an old Drexel Heritage factory that has been purchased with the intent to build apartments and stores. It's been at this stage for many months now. Hope the owner doesn't run out of steam and money because it's pretty much an eyesore, like several other decaying factory buildings in the same block.
I hope the project continues too. I really like it when the older buildings are restored and repurposed. They have such nice architectural features (like those arched windows) as opposed to the modern ones. Good shot.
@s4sayer Thank you Margo. Anything would be better than this; even razing the place. @pyrrhula Thank you Pyrrhula. Even on a sunny day it does look desolate. @tunia More than I can afford Tunia. I think they would be interesting once done. Thanks for the view and comment @tosee Thank you Tom. I've been eyeing it for months. Maybe I'll get up the nerve to go a little closer sometime. @miata2u Thank you Peggy. @cocobella It does Corinne. Thanks for you view and comment. @olivetreeann Me too. Thank you Ann.
