@featherstone26 Thank you Sue. There were three rings (only two shown here). The outermost was stationary. I wanted someone to spin the other two for me, but no one seemed interested. I could spin them both but by the time I could get far enough away to take the photo, the center one (still here) would stop spinning. Oh well. @kwind Thank you KWind @homeschoolmom it was a very neat little park and I felt like I was on The Price is Right (sponsored by Lowe's Foods btw) when I spun the wheels. Thank you for your comments. @vignouse This was a piece of art that consisted of three concentric discs made from mosaics. The outermost was stationary and the other two could be spun. It was in a little park in a nearby town. There were benches close by that had backs also made out of the mosaics. Thank you for viewing and commenting. @johnfalconer Thank you John @pyrrhula Thank you Pyrrhula. @tunia I appreciate your comments Tunia @craftymeg Thank you Margaret.
@olivetreeann Thank you Ann. It's art in a park in a nearby town. It consists of three concentric wheels. The outermost one is stationary and the other two could be spun. The colors are mosaics.
