Well maybe not the first of the day, but I've been cooking it for awhile and was so ready for it when it came time to eat. Red beans and rice. All made in our new Instant Pot. And it was delicious, if I do say so myself.

But my husband thought it might be fun. He cooks. So I thought I would help him cook a little more (and me a little less).
