I think the contrasts are what caused me to take this photo. @jamibann Thank you Issi. This is a knitted knocker. The fiber guild I belong to has decided we would knit some of these and send them to a local yarn store who makes arrangements for stuffing them and donating them to post-mastectomy people. The soft yarn and the light weight are much more comfortable than the usual prostheses to many ladies.
