Have been staring at these stitch markers for several days since I had to rip a knitted project back to the beginning. Decided I liked the shapes and colors.
I've never seen these before. I can imagine you hook them on the needle to mark a spot for some intricate design when knitting? I love to knit, but am hopeless if I make a mistake or drop a stitch. My mum used to always fix it for me. No longer. :-(

Thank you Corinne, Brian, Mary, Jackie, Issi, Margo, Susan, Jennie, Ann, Hope Margaret and Ferry. I appreciate the lovely comments. The round markers go around the needle and between stitches. I use them sometimes as a way to keep my count (easier to count small numbers than large ones in a large project) and also to separate patterns. The beads are actually a way to count rows. I hang it on the needle and slide a bead to the end to count how many rows I've knit. The pink is a small safety pin but can be used as a stitch marker too or to hold pieces together so they can stay in place while they are sewn together.
Oh, it makes me crazy to frog a project! Will you try again or is the project in time-out? The colors pop against the black background and I especially like the hint of light on the beads.
@mcmary Thank you. I think the colors kept calling to me. I soaked the yarn to get the kinks out and have started the project again. Because I balled most of the original project that was frogged (not this one, but one before) into one huge ball, then hanked it to soak, it took the better part of a week to dry. But I'm a little beyond where I was when I frogged it this last time.
