A knitted kitchen towel and dish cloth for my friend who made my apron and is working on one for another friend. Sorry no comments today. It's late. Catch up with you in the next day or so.
We are paired for the Get Pushed challenge this week. I'm suggesting you present a street scene from a low perspective. The scene could be of people, buildings, objects or any aspect of a street scene. If this doesn't appeal or is difficult take plants or trees from a low perspective
I really like that variegated yarn! Are they cotton yarn? You certainly are industrious! I can’t imagine knitting as much as you do! Do you always use circular needles? I definitely admire your patience and the quality of your work. This is beautiful, both the photo and the towels.
@jamibann Thank you Issi. Send me an address and I'll make you one. @wakelys I think that something handmade makes a good gift. I know I think of the person the entire time I make the gift. @suez1e Sounds like something I could do. @kjarn Thank you Kathy. The yarn is 70% cotton and 30% linen. It washes up nice and the towel is so soft. I finished the dish cloth today. So all I need to wash and dry. @grammyn KnitPicks Cotlin is 70% cotton and 30 % linen. It's a nice soft yarn knitted up in this pattern. I rarely use single pointed needles. Circular whenever I can get by with them because the stitches don't slide off the needles as easily. Sometimes double pointed needles when I don't have circulars in the right size. Thank you Katy. @thewatersphotos Thank you Gary. @olivetreeann Thank you Ann. I'm hoping she will like them.
