Thank you everyone. A lot of photoshopping to get this less than great photo. Not on a mirror. The lenses were placed in front of the TV that had bokeh from YouTube showing. I layered the photo on top of itself to get the bokeh underneath the lenses. A bit of a sloppy job getting the lenses to be visible. They were sitting on something black so I couldn't see their shapes very well. The flare filter resulted in the bright circles and lines. A learning process.
