What sacrilege! Rather be knitting than taking a photo? We’ll all just pretend we didn’t see that. 🤣 And the little yellow chick makes such a cute subject.
I did a little knitting today on baby booties but nothing as terrific as what you create. I haven't your patience or commitment. Love the variety of objects and textures in this composition!
@mcsiegle Multiple interests. But they tend to divide my time and focus. The chick - well it is Easter and springtime. @30pics4jackiesdiamond I'll bet you have fun knitting for the future. Hope the parents are knit worthy. That eclectic mix - sort of my decorating style. *sigh* Thanks for your kindness. @grammyn Go Katy. Don't think I knew that you knitted. Thanks for your comment. As I said to Jackie, "eclectic" is my style. @wakelys Thanks for the permission Sue. I actually had to put one project in time out. But when I pulled out the two rows most recently knit (sleeves that attached at the yoke of a cardigan) and checked the stitch count this morning I found that the mistake was in my calculations rather than the stitch count. So depending on the weather may be put back together today. But I'll try to be a little for creative with my photo for the day. @homeschoolmom Thanks Lisa. An old Olympus film camera, a cheap Dollar store ceramic camera and the three mirrors put together for a past effect (vortograph). @kwind Thanks Kim. It squeaks when you squeeze it. @kjarn Thanks Kathy. I thought it needed something. @shutterbug49 Thanks Debbie. There are more hobbies too. How did I ever do anything before I retired. @bkbinthecity Thanks Brian. @pusspup It was. Maybe today too. @craftymeg I can't do much at the same time as photography. Takes too much of my concentration. Thanks Meg.
@jamibann Thank you Issi. @tunia It's cold and windy here again today. Put back the knitting I took out yesterday. Two steps forward, two back and two up again. @pyrrhula I always have something on needles Ferry. Sometimes I go at the projects quickly and sometimes put the needles down to do something else.
Poor little chickie looks a bit confused! He's not sure how he ended up on a shelf next to cameras and a crystal ball but we all think he looks really cute there!
Love this eclectic mix of nicknacks Kathy!!
