Somewhat maudlin - feathers seen on the side of the road the other day. We have a chicken processing plant in our town, and these feathers more than likely blew off chickens as they were being hauled to the processing plant.
I give thanks to those animals who gave their life to provide food for our tables and nourishment. Amen
