@jaybutterfield was my partner this week. My challenge was to capture motion either by panning or ICM (intentional camera motion). I had done this once when taking a beginner DSLR class several years ago and had not really tried it since. I use a different camera now than I did then. My current camera has several options as to the speed of continuous shooting. I used several settings to find the one I liked. It was bright when I went out to shoot, so I had to adjust for that too. I took a number of shots for this over several days. I used manual mode and shutter priority (latter seemed to work better for me since it adjusts the aperature). I used manual focus and automatic focus. Probably could have done better on that. Overall this was an interesting review of a skill I really never learned.I realize it takes more practice that what I have done in the past. Thanks Jay!
