52 Week Challenge- Week 37 From Dusk to Dawn
I liked the combination of rain and low light/high ISO noise combined to give this photo a bit of a painterly look. This looks best on the black background if you have the time.

Very nice- although it's night it has a really good feeling to it- probably from the light. I like the effect you achieved by pushing the ISO while working with the low light.
