And of course as I type today I'm listening to cds saved in Apple Music on my computer while these stand ready at my left shoulder. @wakelys More and more I find I don't listen to music nearly enough. but they all are important. @jb030958 I have my husband's, which is the same model in blue. But I no longer have a cd slot on my computer, so I'm going to have to find another way to get the rest of my collection in the iPods and onto my computer. @jamibann Thank you.
If your computer has a USB slot for flash drives you can buy a dvd writer (looks like a cd player with a USB cord) that plugs into the computer and runs off of any media program you have to play your music and other videos in the computer. They sell them at Best Buy and on Amazon, etc. Mine was made by LG but I'm sure there's several brands out there.
@olivetreeann Thanks for the tip. Not been needing it at the moment, but have it in the back of my mind for a future purchase. I like to maybe get a turntable, too, since I still have a number of LPs. Don't know what happened to my turntable. I think it went out to the building and never returned.
