Rivulets in the sand

Another from the beach, I'm afraid. Until coming here I had no idea "the beach" could be anything other than sand, sun tans, bikinis and insecurities. I am fascinated by its calming effect, the patterns in the surfaces and the thousands of subtle shades of the same colours.

Great shot. Could almost be an aerial view of a river winding through the desert with green mountains and hills here and there.

I love the patterns sand makes on the beach. It does look like an abstract and would look good framed on a wall!
