We met a charming man today who invited us to see the view of the bay from his garden. And what a view it is! The house on the beach was once owned by Noel Coward and rented by Ian Fleming. The monument to the Dover Patrol can be seen on the top of the cliff.
Great viewpoint there seems to be a lot of goodwill at the moment. I got invited into somebodies garden to photograph the flying Scotsman last weekend. Must be the sunny weather :)
