I'm on my annual retreat at Rancho la Puerta in Tecate, Mexico, with my spa buddy, Claire. We escape every summer to immerse ourselves in health and fitness in these beautiful, natural surroundings. We always come back re-energized and with renewed enthusiasm, not to mention having dropped a few pounds from working out all day, dining on the vegetarian cuisine and getting a full night's sleep.
