This is one of the delicious salads from last night's Salsa dinner. First we picked out veggies in the organic gardens, including fresh corn on the cob which was roasted over open coals. Then we feasted on ceviche, fish tacos, grilled vegetables and white wine, followed by Salsa dancing on the patio after the meal.
