Vegging Out

Pike Place Market in Seattle is one of the oldest farmer's markets in the U.S. Founded in 1907, it's a bustling center for locally sourced produce and specially foods. My trips to Seattle always include an afternoon here for a lunch of fresh seafood and a walk through marketplace. I usually get a ginormous bouquet of fresh flowers to take home but they never look quite the same after being jammed under the airplane seat.
A fabulous market! A wonderful array of colors and textures in this photo.
