Doing a slow crawl on Coast a Highway( I was in the passenger seat) and as we passed over the bridge, I saw this boat coming into the marina. For a moment, it seemed that we were moving at the same speed but then traffic speeded up and we were a mile down the road before the boat made its way under the bridge and headed for its dock on the bay.
