The first of my fringed tulips popped open on Valentine's morning, right on schedule! It was foggy in the early part of the day but around mid-afternoon, the sun decided to make an appearance and this beauty opened up to let in the light. I think a few more of the bulbs I planted will open up in the next couple days.
