Towering 2,000 feet above the Colorado River, is Dead Horse Point Overlook near Moab. Legend has it that at the turn of the century, cowboys herded wild mustangs into a corral on the cliff's edge, leaving them to die of thirst. A sad story for a place with such a breathtaking view of the Navajo sandstone rock formations.
