I took this shot last month when our resident roadrunner Rodrigo paid a visit to our patio. He stood right next to the colorful ceramic Talavera lizard. Hand-painted Talavera pottery from Mexico is quite popular in our area and I have several pieces including some flower pots, a chicken and another lizard.
