New cooking school friends, Linda and AnnE, are making tortellini spirals that will be stuffed with ricotta, smothered with vodka sauce and served as the first course of our dinner later on. Every dinner was a four-course extravaganza accompanied with different wines for each dish. We all had fun practicing our “cheffing” skills and then eating what we had made.
