Yesterday’s shakshuka - sautéd peppers in tomato sauce, topped with fried eggs. Very yummy especially that hubby was on duty.

How bizarre. I'd never heard of this until Saturday when hubby selected it from the menu in a local café. His was with poached eggs though. He thoroughly enjoyed it.
