I had a good workout and a good row with my friend, Roland. Despite the size, weight and strength differences, we did well in the boat together. According to his GPS, we moved the boat 5.4 miles, or a bit more than 8½ km. Our next joint workout will have to wait, as he's off to Scotland at the end of the week!
