‘GIVE THANKS’ for ‘home’…

Clare swapped out the Halloween items for Thanksgiving and these little blocks-with-a-message are on the mantel. I am horrible at flash photography and all of my flash shots were terrible. Eventually — after many many frames — I realized that the two spot lights in a track on the ceiling cast some pretty cool shadows.

Has everyone in the U.S. changed the time in their camera since we went back to “standard time”? This was taken before midnight, but I hadn't changed the camera clock.

And I still reek at flash photos.

yes, thanks for the reminder to change the camera time - wouldn't have thought of that, either! And those shadows are very cool - like a gingham check ;-) the blocks are nice, too !
