@digitalrn Thank you, Rick! We use Pad Thai as a "vehicle" for leftover meats. This time it was grilled chicken.

@jhmitche Mom's pad thai is excellent! Much better than this photo. I didn't compose or crop it very well. (Took too much off the bottom, I think.)
