Angels

With the advent of Advent, Clare has put away the Thanksgiving decor and begun setting out Christmas and winter things. These angels are on the mantle.

My primary subject is the white, glass angel. I have tried to communicate this with "focus." I looked at a grayscale version to wash out the orange angel, but I think this color image somehow gives more prominence to the white angel rather than the orange one…

That sounds too complicated Thom. I just shoot and hoep they turn out the way I want. So you are getting close to the end, wow. Then what?

@digitalrn Then what? I would love to free up some time and chuck the obligation of a daily photo, but there's a guy I follow on 365 and he continued past his 365th and I was pleased he decided to do that. So with you as my model and example, Rick, I hope to continue!

@rhoing Ha! Well I'll be. I was hoping you were going to continue, but seriously, I have so much I need to be doing in my life, and it is so hard, no let me rephrase that, it is impossible to back off and slow down your particiaption in a project like this because of all the relationships that develop. You always find yourself back full throttle, so I have truly been thinking about cutting out after the new year, because of everything I need to do. It is one of those things that I think you either do or you don't, but wow, that it would be tough to just stop.
