What a difference a day makes!

Clare & I took a walk to tend to a friend’s cats and this was a view along the way. The trees are budding and the sky was a beautiful blue! Spring isn’t entirely “here” yet, but it’s not far off!

I almost posted a photo I took of the burgers I grilled for our dinner. Burgers? Really? On Easter? Well, yes. Lamb burgers. With mint, spices and Feta cheese. It’s a bit o’ work to mix up, but it’s become a favorite meal for Clare & me!
