Hard to believe it’s been a year…

Though I found out a day later — http://365project.org/rhoing/365/2012-12-09 — my Dad’s death certificate gives his date of death as December 8, 2012, a year ago today. We weren’t really thinking about that when we opened a box of glassware I brought home from his place in Florida this past January and found this glass etched with his initials. No longer in pain or missing Mom…

Sniff...sniff....tearing up. My dad has been gone 6 years now in Sept. Like this glass, at times I find little reminders of him. Hang in there during the holidays. I miss my parents most at the holidays.
