A glorious day on the lake!

When it’s been 131 days since your last time on the water, standards are low! Sure, it was mid-40’s, cloudy and a 10+ mph wind meant choppy water in the open areas, but it was *so* good to be in the boat again.

It was a good week for indoor rowing, too:
» I improved my best half-marathon time on Monday by more than 33 seconds…
» I took a tangible step toward my goal of a 40-minute 10K (2:00.0/500m split) with my first-ever 7,500m row in 30 minutes (30'/7,509m = 1:59.856/500m but it’s [just] under 2:00.0!)

By the way, does anybody know where the ambient temperature is shown in the “Exif” info? ;)
