Not many frames today (sick cat…)

Clare is out of town and I came downstairs to quite a few messes from our 16-year old feline. On request, I took quite a few photos of the cat for Clare and the kids, but he doesn't look well: so scrawny and frail-looking. But he still goes up-and-down the stairs and jumps up on our [high] bed, so he can't be in too much pain just from moving around. Time will tell.

Here are some maple "fruits" ("schizocarps"). I was pleased with the detail of the veins on the "wings" and the attachments to the twig.
