Telescope pads by rhoing

Telescope pads

For this week's total solar eclipse, the University poured these 10 pads away from campus for telescopes to be away from all the traffic and vibrations where many of the thousands of visitors and locals would be. I had been meaning to visit this spot, but it was a task that got away from me … in our preparation for having six house guests for the eclipse! It would have been fun to see this place Monday afternoon!
