“Need some help with that?”

I've been replacing outside porch lights for our friend Bobbie while she and Clare are in Kansas City this week. So I'm on cat-care duty as well, and trying to make sure there isn't any plate-poaching happening with the morning feeding.

The porch light replacement has had its surprises, of course, as every home improvement project must have. Fortunately the wiring was sound, but there are no boxes and I had to drill new holes in brick for the new mounting brackets. Finished today.

@janeandcharlie Helping others with their projects helps to educate me and sometimes I can apply what I've learned to my own projects. After completing this more-difficult project for Bobbie, I replaced 5 of our own outside lights in the next few days! :)
