In lieu of a proof-of-distance photo to show that I rowed 14K today, my first butterfly post of 2019 is from Cedar Lake's south boat ramp. Easy ID as a “Zebra Swallowtail” (“Eurytides marcellus”). Not a bad image from a cell phone camera. (I do not take a $1,000+ camera-and-lens in the rowing shell with me!)
