I zoomed in to look at the gear on the dock (three months after-the-fact) and there's a single glove. Oh, yeah. While I usually have gloves on for carrying the shell down to the dock, they're safely in the garage at home. :-\
I had a mismatched pair of "work gloves" in the car, only one of which is of any use for sculling, so that's why there is a glove — but just one — lying on the dock.
