Squeaky wheel by rhoing

Squeaky wheel

Our [manual] can opener. The cool thing about this one — which was a gift from a friend many years ago — is that it removes the top without leaving it as a razor-sharp disc. Further, you can push the removed top back on the can to semi-reseal it if you need to. But this one is tired and no longer cuts deeply enough to open the can without many attempts and a fair amount of effort. But there’s a lifetime warranty, so I was the “squeaky wheel” and emailed/chatted with the company, including photos.

They replaced it. :)

Amazing what you’ve done here to such a mundane object.
