Bought a card today for my friend and colleague as she has just secured her first job as a newly qualified teacher, starting in 3 weeks.
We met when I started looking after her twin babies and toddler 12 years ago and then we ended up studying for the same degrees together. She also got a job at the school where I work so we've worked together for about 6 years. It will be strange after 12 years to not work or study together!
