A splash of colour amongst my February photos. We had a late dinner of pancakes after a long day! I like mine with lashings of orange juice and a sprinkle of sugar. We have to make separate batters as Dave can't eat wheat and my mix made 14 pancakes! I ate 11 and gave three away - I'm not sure my trousers will still fit me tomorrow, hehe!

I had orange juice and sugar too, I'm not too keen on lemon juice on them, Great shot. Happy Pancake day.

I'm a traditional lemon juice girl myself .... But this sure makes a cheerful picture !

I will have to try that on my pancakes. It sounds tasty. I don't know if I could eat 11 though LOL:)

I don't think I could move after so many pancakes! Good shot. I like the with orange too - nice baked in the oven with orange juice and butter too!
