June Word Challenge - Sea

We went down another cave today, on a Peak District hillside.

I know this is an odd choice for sea but let me explain... There's a farm in Derbyshire that is apparently the furthest you can possibly be from the sea in the UK at 77.something miles - I'm not far from there so I live almost as far away from the sea as it's possible to be in this country. 350 million years ago, these limestone hills were the sea bed and a geologist told me that the shape has not changed in all those years, this is how the sea bed would have been, therefore, with some artistic license applied, I think this can count for my 'sea'!
What a beautiful landscape. I just took a look at your blog post. Caving is something I tried once and loved. You are giving me the itch to try again. :)

Thank you. I hadn't noticed it myself but I agree, it does have a watery atmosphere...probably on account of all the cloud and because it rained heavily a few minutes before I took this!
