another one of those days where I had to find something to snap! I had a nosey at what Dave was cooking this evening and it was very colourful so I thought this would have to do! This, with rice, was his dinner tonight and lunch for tomorrow.
Looks absolutely yummy! I cook that kind of stuff quite often too, simple but delicious - and definitely colourful! (I'm on a very low calorie diet this week, voluntarily, and I'm already planning my menus for next week... hahah!)
