Oh help, oh no, it's a (gluten free) Gruffalo (cake)!
Today is Dave's birthday. Last week I went to a bakery in town to see if they could do a gluten free cake for him and they had little Gruffalo cupcakes on the counter which I thought were brilliant. Everyone loves the Gruffalo so I went for the fun option rather than a boring cake and asked if she could make a little Gruffalo birthday cake. Dave loved it!
My sister is gluten-intolerant as well. It is really difficult spotting everything and substituting it for something that tastes half-way decent. Cute cake and happy birthday to Dave!
