Monthly photo of my favourite tree. A dull and cold day today, not good light and we had had lots of snow showers on and off all day. Very different scene to last month

yes it is. If you visit again, go up on the rocks too - you can see your part of the world from there...in fact, I thought of you the other day when I was idly browsing and found myself looking at this old post - second photo down is the Shropshire hills as seen from the roaches

I like this angle of the tree and view best, compared to last years one. It's a very majestic centrepiece and the view behind is stunning, also I like the wall right before you,

I love the idea of taking the same tree each month. I'll look forward to viewing it as it changes during the year. Now, I wonder if there's a similar tree near here that I could do the same with? Hmm..
