I've also re-potted our little christmas tree this morning (as seen here - http://365project.org/roachling/365/2012-12-14) though it's not looking good and lots of the needles have fallen off so the bottom half is naked! Dave thinks it has died, I've given it a bigger pot, fresh compost and am hoping it recovers. It is 21inches high this year so it has grown a bit since last December :)
