What a day... I had an interesting career-related phone call at lunchtime, which made my whole week go a bit pear shaped, hence the late uploads and lack of commenting this week. In the evening I had a Wild Night with Chris Packham at Buxton Opera House - my third trip there this month. I went on my own as Dave had to work, but I had a fantastic evening. I've seen Chris Packham's talks before and they're brilliant, he's one of my favourite people.
Nice shot, its a lovely theatre, particularly the no photography signs, Lol. I was in there before Christmas to see Leo Sayer, and before that Experience, an excellent Jimmy Hendrix tribute band. Two brilliant nights both helped by the venue.
@tristansmum - yes it was pre-show - the theatre was full by the time it began!
@markp - I've been going there since I was little and I can't say I've ever seen a no photography sign! I know you aren't allowed to take photographs during shows but I thought it was allowed before as everyone takes photographs of the place while they're waiting for shows to start. Though I confess, if I had seen a no photos sign I would have very quickly lost all recollection of seeing any signs and snapped away anyway!
