I had a mango and a punnet of strawberries to use up so this evening I made a big fruit salad out of those plus two oranges.
We ate well today. After making the fruit salad for dessert, I cooked one of my favourite meals - pasta with chilli and tomato sauce, nut roast and garlic bread. We haven't cooked a proper meal for weeks due to being either busy, lazy or Dave not being home for dinner. We shared a bottle of wine with it and then ate the whole fruit salad between us, with a generous dollop of mango and vanilla yoghurt. Delicious!
